Day 1: Introduce, recent picture of yourself, 15 interesting facts
What am I supposed to be introducing? Myself? Anyone reading this already knows me. Am I supposed to be introducing the blog challenge? I've already done that, so let's move on. ;)
Here is a recent picture of myself. I don't like pictures of myself. Ever. So this is a rarity...
And... Here are 15 "interesting" (I'll use that term loosely) facts about myself.
1. My heart is divided into two homes. They say your home is where your heart is and my heart is in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Humboldt, Tennessee.
2. After wasting the last 10 years of my life putting my faith in "someday" and waiting on circumstances that did not pan out, I've decided the next 10 years are about me.
3. I never knew I could feel frustration and enjoyment at the same time until I started taking Statistics.
4. I have found that I quite enjoy sushi.
5. I have an incredible nephew named William Landyn. He is my pride and joy.
6. I can't wait for my neice to be born. She is due April 13th. Her name is Annabella Mae.
7. I have a big galoof of a dog named Sadie. When I got her she was 4 months old and already pretty good sized for a puppy... but now... she's a freaking horse. And only 6 months old. This is going to get interesting. She's beautiful though. And very rowdy.
8. My father was in the military so I got to live in Germany for 3 years. I was there in 1985 through 1987. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades.
9. My dream job is to own a technical writing and training company. Meaning that I would come into a company who has hired me (or my company) and learn their processes and create training manuals and develop a training programs for them to use. (It's totally nerdy, I know...)
10. I love Glee. I love the music. Yes, I know it's doctored up and tweaked, but I just love it. I don't always love the adult themes placed in a show that is geared toward high school aged young adults, however.
11. My mother has a bad habit of calling me Matilda Lou. What's that about?
12. I don't really remember a lot of my childhood. I remember college. But High School is hazy. And before that... is minimal. Which is weird, isn't it?
13. I believe I could survive on a diet of rich desserts. And nothing else.
14. My favorite drink from Sonic is Cranberry Dr. Pepper. Try it. It'll change your life.
15. I get a new cell phone in less than a week and I could NOT be more excited. This phone has served me well, but it is getting worn out, shuts itself off, loses my settings, and is SOOOO FRUSTRATING!! And, I still don't know what kind of phone I want. Suggestions?
